Lipspeaking & Sign Language support for deaf/hard of hearing.

I am a registered, qualified NRCPD lipspeaker and British Sign Language/English interpreter who can offer communication support to deaf, hard of hearing and hearing people. I can offer support in a variety of settings including; medical appointments, interviews, support groups, banks, training courses, employment & social services meetings, legal appointments/court etc.

If you are hard of hearing I will silently repeat what is being said using clear lip patterns, so you fully understand what the speaker is saying. You do not have to be an expert lipreader.

If you are deaf and use sign language, I will use either BSL or SSE, whichever is your preferred method of communication.

If you are hearing, but have deaf or hard of hearings clients and communication is an issue, then I can assist you with sign language and/or voiceover to ensure communication is clear and both parties understand each other.

I am not an advocate and I remain neutral at all times. There is no cost to the deaf or hard of hearing person, as it is the service providers legal responsibility to pay for this service. I am based in Essex but work all over the UK and Europe, either face to face or online.
