We are a suicide prevention, mental health and well-being support charity . We raise awareness and education on suicide prevention. We promote and support all aspects of mental health.

We run two drop in centre’s every week on Monday’s and Saturday’s.

Monday we open at 9:30 AM until 12:30 PM at 142A Clay Hill Road, Basildon, SS16 5DF.

Saturday we are open from 12 PM until 3 PM at The Place Pitsea, 13 Northlands Pavement, Basildon, SS13 3 DU.
