Long and short-term counselling to anyone who wants to make their life better. I work with a wide range of issues such as anxiety, depression, stress and relationship issues. I have a special interest and experience in bereavement and working with people to make sense of their loss and grief. I physically work from my base in Coggeshall, Essex, serving the surrounding towns and villages. I can also offer video or telephone counselling to anywhere in the country (or beyond).
