Our work takes place across the Braintree, Chelmsford, Colchester, Maldon and Tendring districts. Because we are local, we understand our community, therefore our services fit what people need most.

Our Services

We have two counselling services: a free counselling service, open to adults experiencing mild to moderate mental health problems. We specialise in Counselling for Depression in individuals and couples, but also offer Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy and Psychosexual Counselling.

Our second counselling service is an affordable private service. Sessions are available to children from the age of 5 and adults of all ages. Within the children?s service we offer art, play or talking therapies depending on the child?s age and preference. For adults we have a range of talking therapies available which mirror those available in the free service.
