Kids Inspire provide mental health and trauma recovery support for children, young people and their families.

Through a range of therapeutic and community activities we promote resilience, self-awareness, and relationship building to empower more positive life choices.

Our mission is to provide holistic specialist services to young people and their families affected by trauma or negative experiences, that will help them to reclaim their lives, and prevent the need for adult services in the future and to replicate those services throughout the UK.
