Home-visiting/telephone service for families – Free, confidential family support service offering support to families with a range of issues such as: lonely/isolated parents; mothers with postnatal depression; lone parents or parents experiencing relationship problems; families struggling with the emotional and physical demands of having twins, multiple births or several pre-school children; families overwhelmed by the death of a loved one; families where there are special needs, disabilities or an ill child; school readiness.

Family Group – Our family group is available to support families who want to meet other parents, build connections and gain peer support from others. All sessions offer learn through play activities for under 5s, and help parents to get their children school ready. With professionally trained volunteers on hand, parents are offered a safe space to share their experiences.

Parenting Together Support Programme -The Parenting Together Support Programme aims to help parents where stress and conflict are affecting their family by offering parents support either through 1-2-1 sessions within the home/online or group small group sessions. This is a free service.

Reducing Parental Conflict – The Parenting Together Support Programme aims to help parents where stress and conflict are affecting the family. This free programme offers parents support that suits their circumstances to work towards strengthening their parenting skills for the benefit of the children and address conflict within their relationship.
Well-being ' free, online/face-to-face group support for parents to boost their wellbeing, and meet other parents who may be feeling similar.
Warm and Safe ' an Essex County Council funded project to assist families who have been impacted by the effects of covid. This is free specialist support to families with children under 5, to establish a robust circle of support around the family.
