Based in Manningtree. Services on offer are healing massage for women, meditation, Indian Head Massage & Reiki healing. The cabin is also a teaching centre for Reiki and Massage therapies.

In addition we offer a 12 week Mindset & Resilience Programme called RICHA.

It is designed to empower and support individuals to make the necessary changes in their life so they can achieve fulfillment , helping them to identify limiting beliefs patterns, the root cause and then changing those beliefs so they support change . It takes a traditional life coaching approach and incorporates NLP, the principles of epigenetics, meditation and education.
