We are an independent voice for the people of Essex. We gather and represent your views about health and care services across the county to help shape them by informing the people who are providing them. We are an independent charity set up under the Health & Social Care Act 2012.

Good or bad, we want to hear your views on the care you receive in Essex. Our work covers all areas of health, wellbeing and social care. We can also help you find out about and access health, wellbeing and social care services through our Information & Guidance Service.
