A weekly group – come along and make new friends from your local community, have fun and get active!

CVST run a variety of groups to help you get started with a healthier lifestyle or to get outside and meet new people. All of our groups are friendly, and have trained staff or volunteers to answer your questions.

From June 2021 we will be opening some of our activities on a limited basis with reduced capacity. Days and times may be different to those shown.
