Essex Wellbeing Service


Support for people who are feeling isolated or vulnerable

The Essex Wellbeing Service (EWS), is a non urgent, non clinical service supporting people in the community with a range of health, wellbeing and day to day needs, working together with our partners:

Rural Community Council of Essex (RCCE) HCRG Age Well East Reed Wellbeing Terrence Higgins Trust

The Essex Wellbeing Service is a free service and funded by Essex County Council. The service covers the County except the unitary bodies of Southend and Thurrock.

EWS can support residents of Essex with the following:

Stop Smoking Social Isolation Improving Sleep Children's Lifestyle Service Physical Activity Emotional Wellbeing Weight Management and Healthy Eating Strength and Balance Support and Independent Living Reducing Alcohol Consumption Free NHS Health Checks or Wellbeing Check
