Essex Respite & Care Association supports individuals in the community to complete activities of their interest. Through their support, individuals are able to access their local community with confidence, build networks and work to keep their mental health stable. Support Workers help individuals organise their lives, attend medical appointments and generally lead a healthier lifestyle. Essex Respite & Care Association also provides support to carers by providing them with much needed respite from their caring responsibilities.

Who is this service for? A person with a diagnosed mental health condition including those living with dementia or Parkinson's Disease, or their carer
