The Society undertakes the support of all registered blind and partially sighted people in the Colchester borough.

We have both sighted and visually impaired volunteers who will contact those in need, upon request, to advise and offer guidance on a wide range of issues concerning visibility.

Activities: fortnightly social club, social activities, pre-Christmas lunch for around 100, occasional outings.

Please contact the Society’s Secretary in the first instance and briefly explain your needs. If the Secretary cannot help, he will then direct you to someone who can, or arrange for someone to call you at a convenient time.
