Peer support group for people with Mental health

We are a peer support group and a constituted charity, currently applying for registered charity status. We have been running for over 2 years now for those with and those supporting people with Anxiety, Depression and Mental Health, diagnosed or not.

We are covered by insurance policies and have guidelines and rules in place.

Due to the pandemic our physical meets have been suspended but our closed Facebook group, is a safe, friendly and non judgmental place to find support.

We are supported by and can point you in the direction of some professional services, provide a listening ear, share coping techniques from learnt experience and offer positivity to help you through.

Although based in Southend, we extend our support throughout Essex and online nationwide.
