Community Arts Workshop at Growing Together, WESTCLIFF, Southend on Sea

These community arts workshop will bring together individuals who are coping with mental health conditions, alongside local charities and mental health support organisations, to nurture spaces where people can share their unique experiences and connect with one another on a deep empathetic level. Through the transformative power of art (include creative writing, poetry, drawing and crafting) participants will embark on sessions of self-expression and self-discovery, giving rise to new and distinctive ways of telling and owning their stories. The workshops will give voice to the often-silenced struggles of individuals and create a vibrant, supportive community where resilience, courage, and shared creativity will flourish.
